e.sat, the sister business to freetg~air television channel e.tv, has announced that it will initiate its multi-channel strategy in 2008, with the launch of South Africa?s first independent 24-hour television news service on Multichoice?s DSTV.

The move by e.tv will finally foster a strategic partnership in order to develop a pan-African television business.
