Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 22 October 2014,
wherein shareholders were informed that the Company has decided to suspend
the services of its executive chairman, Mr Marcel Golding, as an employee
pending a disciplinary enquiry into certain allegations of gross misconduct
by him.

Shareholders are further informed that the nature of the alleged misconduct
by Mr Golding, whilst serious in nature, is unlikely to adversely affect
the operations of the Company, or materially affect its financial
performance.

As soon as circumstances permit, a further announcement will be issued by
the Company.
