Further to the joint cautionary announcements placed by the parties in the press regarding negotiations on the merging of their respective interests in Unibank Group Limited and Capital Alliance Life Limited, BFS Capital Limited and Brait Merchant Bank Limited are authorised to announce that the negotiations have been terminated.
