CHANGE INT HE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with section 3.67 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE  Securities Exchange South Africa, notification is hereby given that Messrs Amon Malencane Ntuli and Arnold Jack Shapiro were appointed as Non-Executive  Directors to the HCI board with effect from 19 June 2002.
