Hosken Consolidated Investments (HCI) which recently bought Western Cape bus group Golden Arrow said yesterday it intended to make an offer for Gauteng bus group Putco’s management warned shareholders earlier in the week it had received notice of an offer that it described as “defective” and “incapable of implementation” in its proposed form.
