RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that all resolutions were passed by the requisite majorities at the general meeting held today, approving the specific share repurchase of 1,000,000 HCI shares from Fabvest Investment Holdings Limited by HCI.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration in due course.
