Shareholders are referred to the announcement by HCI on the Securities Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on 15 March 2010 regarding the disposal of HCI`s interests in Clover.
HCI is pleased to announce that the above Clover transaction has now become unconditional and the sale proceeds have been received by HCI.
