APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRPERSON

In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings requirements, HCI shareholders are advised that Mr Velaphi Elias Mphande has been appointed as the independent non-executive chairperson of the Company as of 27 August 2015. We congratulate Elias on his new appointment.
