CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings requirements, HCI shareholders are advised that the following change has been made to the composition of the HCI Board of Directors:

We welcome Ms Nqobani (“Bani”) Mkhwanazi to the board of directors as a non-executive directors of HCI with immediate effect. Bani has recently resigned from HCI where she has, over the past number of years, conscientiously assisted in establishing the property portfolio. Prior to her appointment at HCI she was employed at Investec Bank in the property finance team funding the property developers and institutional clients for the acquisition, construction, and refurbishment of property assets nationally in all asset classes. Bani has a BA (Politics, Philosophy and Economics) from Stellenbosch university. Bani is a Trustee of the HCI Foundation.
