NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting (“AGM”) will be held electronically at 12:00 on Monday 29 August 2022, to transact the business as set out in the notice of AGM which forms part of the suite of annual reports for HCI for the year ended 31 March 2022.
The date on which shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register of the Company to be eligible to vote at the AGM is Friday 19 August, 202 and the last day to trade is Tuesday, 16 August 2022.

In accordance with paragraph 16.21(g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, notice is hereby given that the Company’s annual B-BBEE verification certificate has been published and is available on the Company’s website at www.hci.co.za.
The annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) has been submitted to the B-BEEE Commission.
