The Company has received notice from Coronation Asset Management Proprietary Limited on behalf of its clients that it has disposed of ordinary shares in the Company such that its total beneficial interest has decreased to 0.23% of the ordinary shares in issue.

The Company has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel, per section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, 2008.
